HIG Residential Facility of Nirmal Apartment

The Company has been awarded work on the construction of 300 High-Income Group (HIG) housing units plus 28 shops on PPP basis from GHB. The project shall be completed within 28 Months including 4 months of approval process whereby the Company shall be entitled to the amount of realization of additionally constructed units as consideration to recoup the development cost.
